MAKING THIS PLANT STAND IS SO SIMPLE
Add this cute wooden plant stand to your home in only a few simple stands!
This plant stand is so easy to assemble and can be made in varying heights to fit your preference.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Large wood slice (about 12”)
Wood table legs (16 inch height)
Angled mounting plate (Straight top plate would also work, I just like the angle)
Drill
Optional: tape measure
To assemble plant stand, lay out your top plates in a triangle shape in the middle of your wooden slab, like this:
If you are worried that your plates are not equally spaced and centered on the wooden plate, use a tape measure to ensure the plates are an equal distance apart. As mentioned early, you can choose to use either angled or straight top plates. This will change the look of the plant stand legs to be either straight down or slightly angled out, which is shown in this example.
It is important to note that if you are using an angled top plate, make sure that the thicker edges are facing inward, just like in this picture. By doing this the legs will angle outward!
MAKE SURE YOUR WOOD PLATE IS THICK ENOUGH THAT THE SCREWS WILL NOT COME OUT THE OTHER SIDE.
Once all three plates are drilled in, take the legs and hand twist them into place. The hanger bolt on leg should twist into the top plate without resistance.
Screw all three legs into place and you are all done, you’ve made your wooden plate stand!
